Refund & Cancellation Policy
PURCHASING A DESIGN PACKAGE WITH HUNTLY HOMES SIGNIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE BELOW REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
Refunds

All payments made to Huntly Homes are non-refundable.

Our services are custom-created for each client, making refunds impossible once the design process has begun.

Add-on services (e.g., Video Walkthrough, Custom Finish Integration, Styling Guides) are also non-refundable.
Missed Communication

If we do not receive the necessary project details (photos, measurements, questionnaire responses) within 30 days of purchase, the project may be considered abandoned and non-refundable.

If client communication is delayed by more than 30 days, the project will be considered abandoned and marked as complete. To reopen, a reactivation fee of $150 will apply.
Cancellations

You may cancel your project within 24 hours of purchase for a refund.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed, minus a $25 processing fee.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

If you need to reschedule or delay the design process, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to work with your timeline where possible.
