PURCHASING A DESIGN PACKAGE WITH HUNTLY HOMES SIGNIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS & CONDITIONS.
YOU ARE PREPARED TO BRING YOUR SPACE TO LIFE POST DESIGN DELIVERY
Due to the nature of online shopping and the high risk associated with items going out of stock, you must be prepared to bring your space to life post design delivery. The fees associated with finding alternates is $25 per item. This fee is applied when items are out of stock past the 10 business day mark for 2D Designs and the 5 business day mark for all other services.
DESIGNS ON SOCIAL MEDIA
We love sharing our work with others and often share client designs on social media. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to have your designs shared on these platforms.
All communication will take place through e-mail messages with firstname.lastname@example.org. While not normally needed, phone and video calls will be conducted on an as needed basis.
REVISION TIME FRAME
All design packages have a 3 business day time frame to make free and unlimited revisions. This time frame begins with your initial design delivery. We are always happy to continue making changes, there will be a fee of $50 per change outside your initial timeframe.
Due to the nature of this service, we are unable to offer refunds after your project has been started by the designer.
UNABLE TO VIEW ITEMS IN PERSON
Because this is a virtual interior design company, you recognize that we have not and cannot see every item recommended in person. We use our professional design experience as well as customer reviews to ensure we are choosing high quality products. As with everything, some products may appear different than pictured in your design or online. This is an associated risk with virtual interior design that you accept. Should this happen, we will be more than happy to assist you in finding an alternative option.
