PURCHASING A DESIGN PACKAGE WITH HUNTLY HOMES SIGNIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Scope of Services
Huntly Homes provides virtual design services, including:

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon booking. Services will not begin until payment is confirmed.

Payment is accepted through Square Checkout, where you can securely complete your transaction.

Prices for add-ons (e.g., video walkthroughs, custom finishes, styling guides) are specified at checkout.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All designs are custom and non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase to avoid forfeiting the service.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed, minus a $25 processing fee.
Open Concept Spaces

For open concept designs (e.g., kitchen/living/dining combos), each distinct space is billed as a separate room.

This ensures proper styling, layout planning, and render quality for each area.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

We respect your privacy and guarantee that all personal and project information is kept confidential and secure.
Modifications & Updates

Huntly Homes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
Limitations of Liability
Because this is a virtual interior design company, you recognize that we have not and cannot see every item recommended in person. We use our professional design experience as well as customer reviews to ensure we are choosing high-quality products. Clients are responsible for double-checking all measurements to ensure pieces will fit appropriately. As with everything, some products may appear different from what is pictured in your design or online. This is an associated risk with virtual interior design that you accept. Should this happen, we will be more than happy to assist you in finding an alternative option.

Huntly Homes is not liable for:

Misuse or misapplication of design plans.

Installation issues or damage during product delivery.

Variations in color, materials, or finishes once installed.

Revisions Policy

Each project includes two rounds of revisions within 7 days of each delivery.

Additional revisions are available for an hourly rate of $75.
-
All revisions must align with the original design scope. Changes to the design concept may incur additional costs.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, clients must provide:

Accurate floor plans, measurements, and photos.

Design preferences and any existing furniture or finishes they wish to include.

Timely communication and responses to design questions.

Note: Inaccurate measurements or incomplete project details may affect final designs and project timelines.
Project Timeline & Abandonment

Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days for most projects, depending on the scope. Larger projects may require an additional 3-4 business days.

If client communication is delayed by more than 30 days, the project will be considered abandoned and marked as complete. To reopen, a reactivation fee of $150 will apply.
Privacy Policy

Use of Designs for Marketing

By purchasing services from Huntly Homes, you grant us permission to use your completed designs, renderings, and walkthroughs for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

- Social media platforms
- Email marketing and promotional materials

If you wish to opt out of this, please inform us in writing prior to project completion.
